Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Floating Food Company, we strive to provide an exceptional experience, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Please note the following regarding our refund and cancellation policies:

• All purchases are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will happily issue you store credit to be used at a later date.

• To cancel: Please send us an email at Floatingfoodco@gmail.com, and we will process your store credit.

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.

Delivery Policy

We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please take note of the following delivery instructions:

• Clear Delivery Instructions: Be sure to provide any necessary gate codes or specific delivery instructions when placing your order.

• Recipient Availability: An individual must be present at the delivery location to accept the order. Since our products require refrigeration if not served immediately, we cannot leave them unattended. If no one is available to accept the delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to leave the order at the door due to quality assurance reasons.

• Delivery Window: Our delivery window is 30 minutes before or after the requested time. If there are any changes to your schedule, we will reach out to confirm availability with you or the recipient.

• Schedule Changes: If you need to adjust the delivery time or have any changes to your schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes.
